The 15-Minute Habit That Changes Everything

If there’s one habit that has completely shifted the way I stay focused and grow, it’s this—taking 15 minutes every week to check in with myself. Every Sunday, I sit down and do a quick life audit, asking myself what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change. It’s simple, but the impact is huge.

Life moves fast, and it’s easy to get caught up in the rush without realizing when things start to drift off track. Maybe I set a goal but haven’t taken real steps toward it. Maybe I’m saying yes to too many things that don’t serve me. Or maybe I just need to celebrate the progress I have made instead of focusing on what’s left to do. That small act of reflection keeps me aligned with what actually matters, rather than just going through the motions.

It’s not about perfection—it’s about course correction. If something isn’t working, I adjust. If I notice I’m drained, I prioritize rest. If I’ve been avoiding something important, I make a plan to tackle it. And when things are working, I double down. This practice has helped me stay intentional, focused, and always moving forward instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

So here’s my challenge for you—take 15 minutes this week to check in with yourself. Ask: What’s going well? What needs to change? What small shifts can I make to stay aligned with my goals? You’ll be amazed at how much clarity it brings.

Let’s keep growing,
