RETURN POLICY

At The Edge Girl, we offer exchanges via store credit only. This is applicable for items postmarked within 5-7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you electronically about the status of your exchange request, typically within 2-5 business days from the day we receive the returned item.

Conditions for Exchanges: To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The hang tag and labels must be intact as received.
  • The fabric must be free of rips, cuts, or tears.
  • The garment must be free of stains.
  • Items must be returned in their original, untampered condition with attached tags and original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged or defective.

Please note: The Edge Girl will not accept items returned with obvious signs of wear or wash, and cannot accommodate damages that occur after wear or due to improper care.

Return Shipping: The client is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Sales/Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any condition.
